Regeneration of the protective forest in the Ester Mountains
We will plant your personal tree – this is the heading under which RES Projects is participating in the regeneration of the protective forest.
On June 30, 2010, RES Projects GmbH joined the University of the German Army and the Bavarian State Forestry Office in planting 1,500 pine trees on the steep slope of the Rotenkopf near Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The action was carried out by volunteers from RES and about 30 students from the University. Prof. Dr. Karl Koch, who coordinated the activities, has been involved in the project for 17 years. He briefed all those taking part on how to plant the trees, which will hold back erosion. Rather than send Christmas presents to its customers, RES Projects GmbH had decided to donate funds to the project, hence the heading "We will plant your personal tree."est.

Private viewing given by the painter Ines Voelchert in the RES offices
'Without willing it'...
Becoming the instrument for colors and forms. To express without intent is the central theme of the life and work of the artist Ines Voelchert. She lives in Berg on Lake Starnberg. For the past 30 years, she has been interested in "invisible glimpses," which she brought to light as a fashion designer at one time and now as an artist.
Creating without willing it. Letting things arise without interfering. "It paints itself."

Current status of the biogas plant concept in Münsingen
Report from the working group – defined climate protection goals...
The German government and the European Union have defined strict goals to lower emissions of greenhouse gases and reduce dependency on fossil fuels. Generating biogas from renewable resources, refining it and injecting it into the natural gas grid before using it in a CHP plant is one of the most efficient ways to use biomass. Building a plant in Münsingen is being discussed by representatives from the farmer's association, the University of Hohenheim, from FairEnergie, the state biogas consultant of Baden-Württemberg, and RES Projects.

Processed biogas is injected into the natural gas grid for the first time in Baden-Württemberg.
The construction of the Mühlacker biogas plant is almost complete. A trial run lasting several weeks has started. The first direct injection of biomethane gas will then be performed in mid-2008.
The plant will use over 35,000 tons of biomass from renewable resources and produce 48 million kWh of energy, which is enough for about 2,000 four-person households. The gas will be fed into two block heating and power plants operated by the Mühlacker Public Works.
